Zero compassion or understanding from the young Dr. Ben Jamison (too angry to remember his full name) when he realizes my ct scans haven't rocked up. No eye contact has been made throughout the appointment and he proceded to pick at his fingers while talking to me. Not the first time I have been let down by this place.
